I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 days for production before your order ships.
The average delivery time is 15–21 days .
Tracking numbers are updated 3–5 days after shipment.

I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged.
You have 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund.
You'll be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. Once we receive the product, we'll refund the full purchase price.
Always include your name and order number in the return package.

Please note: If your package is already in transit, please wait until it arrives and then return it before we can issue a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without charge as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Has your item already shipped? Use our easy returns process to receive a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what now?
Did you enter an incorrect address (for example due to a typo or automatic completion)?
Please respond immediately to your order confirmation and provide the correct address.
Please check carefully whether the address is incorrect and report this within 24 hours by email to 365wellness.nl .
After 24 hours we can no longer change the address and no refund will be given.

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different distribution centers depending on your location.
The average delivery time is 15–25 business days .
