We have a 30-day return policy , which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order .

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase .

Returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted .

Damage and problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned , such as:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards .


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the current one. Once the return is approved, you can then place a new order for the desired product.


Right of withdrawal within the European Union

If your order was delivered within the European Union , you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days , for any reason, without giving a reason.

The item must also be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
You will also need the purchase receipt or proof of purchase .


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days .

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
